We use a full suite, from Recruitment ATS to HR Profiles to Benefits administration to Payroll. UKG Ready helps us fill gaps in collecting employee data, having employees sign company acknowledgments, and seeing their tax information/payroll and W2s.

We currently use UKG Ready for timecard management. Being able to accurately track our employees time keeps us within regulation of compliance pay. We also utilize UKG to track attendance which keeps us consistent with following the standards of our policies and procedures
