Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Top Producer helps house all of our contacts (current clients, past clients, active leads, new leads, prospects, vendors, etc.) in one place. We use it as our main client database and for our communication (especially mass emails/campaigns). We utilize basically every feature that it offers (and there are a lot!), i.e. drip campaigns, calendar, emails, tagging, notes, etc. It helps make it a one-stop shop for almost everything we want to do when it comes to our database.

Likelihood to Recommend

Top Producer is a great CRM for real estate professionals. It makes it easy to input and then keep up-to-date with both old and new clients/potential clients. It's pretty slick to be able to click and see which emails have been sent to certain clients. The homepage dashboard is great at reminding you which contacts you should consider following up with because they haven't been touched in a while.
