As a recruitment agency we manage over 80 contractors at different client sites. All our contractors us Timesheet Portal to submit their monthly hours and have them approved by their client leader. Prior to Timesheet Portal, we had an entirely manual timesheet submission process where contractors would fill out their time on an excel spreadsheet and provide our agency with emailed approval from the client. We would then manually create bills and invoices in QBO. Timesheet Portal has reduced our invoicing cycle from weeks to hours a month!

Likelihood to Recommend
It is well suited for timesheet management and receiving easy client approval. Overall a very streamlined invoicing process as long as your process is repetitive. It is less appropriate for one off invoices or timesheets as the set up can take a while. Also the help centre is basically useless. We created our own user guides for our external users to use instead.
