  • Not authorized to view the large scale picture of Thomson Reuters CS Suite on ROI, however, it has been a part of the business model for years with constant updates and is only getting more and more efficient as time goes on.

Pros

  • It is excel based which makes it easier to input information.

Cons

  • I think the program should require you to close the client instead of just changing the client id#. It is too easy to enter data into the wrong company.

  • I was provided the program to use by management so I can't answer this question.

  • A reasonable price.
  • Relatively easy climbing possibilities.
  • Brand reputation value of Thomson Reuters.

Cons

  • Customization of some timestamp functions for a country other than the United States is relatively limited.
  • As well as the Spanish language does not have support or usability on the platform, which although it is not a major inconvenience if it slows down the use for some of our collaborators.

Return on Investment

  • Even when its implementation was painful, we found an improvement of about 35% reduction in the time invested in recording billing times and expenses for our clients.
  • In our experience, the use of the CS suite will return the investment in less than a year of use.

Pros

  • Allows users to create associations, groups, locations, or property types to categorize each asset.
  • Fixed Assets CS can be deployed in a virtual office setting or as a SaaS application.
  • Fixed Assets CS also supports common depreciation methods.

Cons

  • Loading times on older computers can be a hassle.
  • Better integration with other CS apps would be helpful.
  • More update to date predefined associations.

  • Successfully allow collaboration between multiple departments.
  • Easily configure client data for in depth analysis.
  • Easy account setup for new hires and single sign on for current users.
