We use it for hiring staff employees. TestGorilla allows us to screen the best candidates and saves us tons of time on the front end to make sure the right candidates are applying for the right positions within our organization. We pair this with a job search on LinkedIn and other sites to make sure the right people are applying.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

As an agency looking for a Virtual Assistant we are looking for a website that could help lessen our job or to do the work for us. Luckily, I have known TestGorilla, we used it as a first step to test the applicants if they are worthy of the next level of the hiring process wherein we don't have to ask a lot of questions during the interview because TestGorilla did that for us! For that reason, we don't have to pay a lot of employees to go through all the applicants, its saves time and money.
