• ATS is based on AI CV Matching cross-language capable of identifying the matching between profiles and job ads, even if CV and offer are written in different languages. The software displays the list of candidates sorted by degree of compatibility, considering both passive candidates present in the CV database and active candidates who have applied for a given job offer. An integrated multiposting tool, a web platform for automated video interviews, tests for assessing both hard and soft skills, over 50 selection filters, a reporting tool and an integrated agenda are included into your recruiting software.
• Onboarding software to define the company organisation chart, roles, competencies and expected employee behaviours. It allows to enter the personal data of new employees into the system, define the company structure, map out the roles of employees and establish organisational goals and behaviours for each, etc.
• Performance management system for the definition of reward systems, career plans, training and behavioral gaps. It allows the collection of continuous feedback for more accurate evaluation. Four different evaluation events provide a 360-degree view: hierarchical evaluation, horizontal evaluation per project (no hierarchical link), self-assessment and surveys to get a picture of personal and departmental work sentiment.
