Sprinklr: the tool your large organization needs

Pros

  • Allows you to share and suggest pieces of content to other entities within the organization.
  • Has great reporting with lots of filters to drill down to the information you need.
  • It's easy to schedule posts and see them within the planner so you know you have your week or month covered. It's also easy to move things around if you need to reschedule something to a later date.

Cons

  • It can be overwhelming when you first start. There is so much functionality. Go to a formal training to see all of the things it can do and pick what you need. Once you learn it, it is a great tool, but it is a lot to learn!

Return on Investment

  • It has positively affected us by easily sharing brand content so I spend less time creating and coming up with my own new content.
  • It also positively allows us to respond more quickly to our patients and customers with easy to use engagement dashboards.
  • It positively saves time allowing me to post the same content on multiple channels vs. logging in and out of multiple platforms every day.

Sprinklr Advertising has a Good User Interface

Pros

  • Great personal attention from our account executive. They tried their best to coach and onboarding.
  • Sprinklr is really user friendly. The navigation is intuitive and simple to learn.
  • Their knowledge base of articles and user generated tips was really awesome and complete. You can find anything you need in there.

Cons

  • They were always open to our requests but often had a hard time implementing fixes or accommodating our requests.
  • Advertising on Sprinklr is basically the same experience as if you were going to run your ads on Facebook so there's not a huge value add.

Return on Investment

  • Measurable and easy to see clicks and actions taken on ads lends to a positive or negative ROI depending on the call to action.
  • As far as the cost of the tool, it's good to manage and control many users so I'd say this is a positive ROI.

Alternatives Considered

Hootsuite and HubSpot

Brandwatch = LEGO Duplo, Socialbakers = LEGO Classic, Sprinklr = LEGO Technic!

Pros

  • Design of the dashboards diagrams
  • Amount of channels you can connect with Sprinklr
  • Customized metrics

Cons

  • The combination of paid versus organic
  • User experience of the Sprinklr "Home" is hard to navigate through. I am always searching, it is not very intuitive.
  • Missing the combination of metrics of different social platforms. like the number of followers.

Return on Investment

  • As an agency, I can't say anything about the ROI, because the client is paying for it. But I can say, being able to display the whole user journey helped us to show the ROI of a single posting. We can show how much traffic and how many conversions a social posting can have, and can display the impact raising the media budget would have.
