We did quite a bit of research before landing a shipping partner and there were a few key factors that made us work with Shippo. The setup was very easy. It literally took about 10 minutes to set up. We also needed a shipping platform that would work with our e-commerce platform, and Shippo worked with our initial website WIX and when we migrated to Shopify, it was seamless. Last, we wanted a partner that would offer the best rates for all mail carriers ranging from USPS, UPS, and DHL to Federal Express. We use Shippo in our company to manage all orders received through our Shopify website. The process is very simple and pretty much entirely automated. The addresses, phone numbers, and emails all come over from Shopify, and Shippo even sends out emails with tracking info to our customers.
