I love this product while working for the application implementation. It's not just an application, it's applications suite having process manager, process intelligence, collaboration hub, journey modeler, process insights. Accumulating the entire suite it makes the business process smooth as well as stake holder collaboration, gives deep process analytics and real time data from business running systems to fine the business issues.

Pros

Gives improved process transparency for visualization of real-time business process.
Works much better as well as much smoothly as it works with SAP ecosystem more promptly
Business, IT, engineering and execution team collaborates together seamlessly through the collaboration hub

High investment for initial implementation as well as subscription cost
training required as it's a suite as well as it becomes resistance for process change in the organization
