We are using SAP Integration Suite for creating notifications, purchase orders, onboarding, issue slips, and gate pass. It connects all departments easily so we get the required data easily, and it saves too much time for preparing our reports. We also manage our profile using SAP Integration Suite initially, it takes time to learn how to use, but after that, it seems user-friendly.

Using SAP Integration Suite was initially tough for me because I don't know about t codes and it is a sea of data so I use only bookmarked codes only. But after getting some training I use SAP Integration Suite easily, and now I'm learning continuously new things about SAP Integration Suite. I think if there are some tutorials or procedures attached with t codes, then it is easy to use SAP Integration Suite for new users.

We are using SAP Integration Suite as our Fiori Gateway for Mobile services. We have developed a Proof of Delivery app, which allows our drivers to access this app publicly, and have customers sign on delivery receipts.
Pros
Integration with on-prem backend systems
Simplifies and provide readily-available services to customers
Consolidation of different services and technologies into 1 cloud platform
Cons
Provide more advanced features for Identity Management

It is a very helpful tool to accelerate implementation of newer SAP technologies, as you don't need to build everything on premise. The services are also very simple to use and configure.
