I used Salesloft for email cadences, snippets, and templates. Mostly used for campaigns to reach people in mass.
Pros
cadences
snippets
templates
Cons
not too sure of where it can improve as im sure it had more features than i used.

The Salesloft tool is well suited in helping account manager reach a large audience with minimal effort. It also does a good job of providing insight into how many times emails have been viewed, or links from them have been clicked. Also does a good job of providing overarching analytics from email campaign perspectives so you can run A and B tests to see which cadences are most effective.
Mainly within our SDR organization for structured outbounding and cadenced follow up from inbound leads. We are also now rolling out more of the Conversation Recording features for coaching purposes, AI analysis, and more detailed data gathering and follow up.
Pros
Flagging of keywords and topics for coaching
Setting up an easy to follow cadence and structure for consistent outreach
Integrates well with CRM (Salesforce) with flexibility in mapping custom fields as needed
Cons
The varying definitions of ownership (Owner vs. CRM owner) sometimes leads to confusion by users.
Does not always recognize record deletion from SFDC and translate to
Building automations would be nice to have a more visual view of the rules and flow (flowchart, if/then chart, etc)

Salesloft has been a great tool to keep our SDRs organized and accountable for their activities, and seeing the results that are being driven by them. We have found it less useful for our Account Management team, as they already have regular cadences set up and don't like having the rigidity of the reminders.
We like the basic functionality that Salesloft provides. Automation Rules and Cadences are easy to setup and maintain. Sales Reps are often hard to please, but they love Salesloft.
We have been using Salesloft for years. It is still the best tool out there for our use case.
Additionally, support is wonderful. Office hours are twice a day and it is also easy to submit a case through email.
Pros
Automation Rules
Cadences
Support
Cons
Some of the newest features seemed pushed out prematurely.

We have Salesforce. Salesloft does a great job with Automation Rules and Cadences so that Leads that fit certain criteria are automatically added to Cadences. Salesloft does a wonderful job with this!
As a sales rep, I use Salesloft on a daily basis to manage all aspects related to prospective client outreach. As a SaaS org. - we're reaching out to CPG brands and use salesloft as our source of truth for all things outreach. The problem we face is needing a way to accurately and reliably track outreach across all of our reps. Salesloft provides us with a platform to perform our daily outreach and organize prospects based on a given criteria. It's been immensely helpful for us.
Pros
Sequence's and AB Testing
Live Tracking Data and Insights into email performance
In house analytics to monitor not only the performance of campaigns but also specific users/reps using the platform
integrates well with the rest of our tech stack (apollo + salesforce)
Cons
Abandon anything related to Rythm - have never once looked at or used
Provide insights into email/outreach best practices or tips/tricks from well performing campaigns across your customer base.

I'd recommend Salesloft to any org/sales team looking for a well performing, easy to use/maintain sales platform. It makes tracking outreach and monitoring rep performance extremely easy and seamless. As well as cleanly integrating across the rest of the org tech stack. I wouldn't recommend it to org's that do not have a need for campaign/sequence based prospect outreach.
At Zayo, use Salesloft to rationalize our sales engagement and lead management. The platform helps improve efficient outreach, track prospects' activities, and optimize follow-ups and and lead tracking. Our use case primarily includes prospecting, automated cadences and performance analytics to enhance sales cycle.
Pros
Automated multi-touch cadences with email, calls tracking
Integration with other tools: Salesforce, Zoom, Gmail
AI recommended tasks and suggestions
Analytics to tack activity and performance levels
Cons
Mobile App experience - lacks most of desktop features, difficulty logging calls, and managing cadences.
Email personalization at scale - Need smarter AI driven content suggestion
Multi Channel engagement beyond calls and emails - deeper LinkedIn integration.

Well suited: High volume prospecting and outreach, easy management of leads by SDRs and BDRs. Account based sales with personalized outreach and sales performance optimizations. Less appropriate: Post sales relationship management, complex enterprise sales, companies and industries with strict compliance and regulatory restrictions.
We use Salesloft to track both quantity and quality of the salesteam outbound efforts. Identify if we, as a team, are lacking volume or if we need to work on the message / content itself using AB testing of emails. And if so, identify what works, what does not work, and how to increase our meeting conversion rates.
Salesloft is our prospecting tool to send emails, LinkedIn connections and cold calls. We build cadences in Salesloft and use it for activity reporting.
Pros
Cadence building and rhythm tracking
Cold call notes and tracking
Integration with Salesforce
Cons
Reporting - when I see results, I can't click on them to see the details
AI cadences - I'd like each email personalized so we aren't using a template

great for outbound prospecting and integrating with Salesforce but will need to determine how it will compete with AI Sales agents.
I am the main admin for Salesloft at Signiant. We originally got Salesloft because we had a bunch of different tools that we replaced with Salesloft a few years back.
Pros
Integration with Salesforce, Showpad, Microsoft, Zoom
Conversation Intelligence and AI
Cadence structure and templates
Communication from CSMs
Cons
Chrome extension bugs
Likelihood to Recommend
My inside sales team loves Salesloft, especially the chrome extension to work out of salesforce with the backing of Salesloft for the dialer and emails. It cuts down on manual logging and saves our team a ton of time! The teams don't always log into the platform daily even if they use Salesloft all the time. They spend most of their time in Salesforce so having a good extension is key but it does have its bugs.
We use Salesloft as an easy automation tool to send our cadences to prospects, current clients and partners. It is also an easy tool for tracking who is talking to who and account ownership. I really appreciate that it integrates with a lot of other tools such as salesforce to make it easy.
Pros
Cadences
Outreach
Integrations
Cons
Enablement
UI
Intuition

I would personally recommended Salesloft as a tool to any mid to large size team of sales people or customer / merchant success teams. It is less needed if you don’t require to do mass outbound emails. If you use sales force it will be super easy to integrate and add those accounts in
Salesloft helps us to coordinate prospecting efforts, track email opens, and build out prospecting strategies together as a sales matrix. One of our core problems is coordination of prospecting efforts. Without Salesloft, the sales matrix wouldn't know who has been targetied, how recently, and if the prospect has engaged with the context.
Pros
Coordinating Prospecting efforts within a matrix
Tracking email opens
Creating automated prospecting cadences that operate in the background
Cons
The email cadences could be more flexible and user friendly
The APIs to Salesforce and Gmail need to be updated manually and frequently. Would love to see that in the background
More dashboarding flexibility would be appreciated. Sometimes I want to see more activity data within a subset of accounts based on a territory
Likelihood to Recommend
Salesloft is well suited for sales matrix org structures where multiple reps are working the same account. It helps to coordinate resources and ensure the same person isn't getting hit by 3+ people at the same time.
Salesloft isn't as useful for an org with a 1:1 tie between reps and accounts. Single AE org structure could be better suited by other players in the space.
