Easy to use and keep track of customer data!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Salesforce Data Cloud to keep track of customer information and everyone on my team uses it as well. As realtors, it makes it easy to have all of the customer's data in one location. For example, a customer could buy a house and then years down the line want to sell and buy a new house so it is nice to be able to look up the information in one place. It is also good for keeping track of our sales through the years because you can report and see how much you made each year, how many customers you have, etc.

Pros

  • Easy to integrate with other software's. For example, I can gather customer data on another website or excel and import it easy onto Salesforce
  • Easy to use and learn
  • Easy to compare customer data and sales so easy to do reporting and updates instantly

Cons

  • Very expensive
  • Does not integrate with HubSpot (another CRM). We have tried many times and it does not seem to connect
  • Sometimes the website will load very slow where other websites are much quicker

Return on Investment

  • Salesforce Data Cloud has a positive impact on me as a realtor because it is easy to generate reports on customer data and see what is needed to be bumped to the next level. We have to earn a certain commission by the end of the year and it makes it easy to see how close you are
  • It has a positive impact on keeping track of customers because it is nice to have it all in one place which is a nice time saver
  • I like that you can even see customer info from other agents making it nice to compare and try and pass others
  • Makes the customers journey smooth sailing because everything is in one place
