We used it to make multi-line dials to a large list of numbers for real estate investing. It should have been simple functionality but had so many bugs.
Pros
- Multi-line dialing (4 lines max)
- Nothing else
Cons
- Policies (cancelations have to be done with 24 hours even if you don't use the software)
- Integrations don't work well and are clunky
- Ability to customize is lacking
- Overall call quality and system quality is poor
- Reporting and getting information out of the system is almost impossible
- Managers cannot access reps' info, they have to log in as the rep

I believe Intercloud9 and Mojo are both way better in all areas
