What is RightNow Unpublished?

Oracle acquired RightNow in 2011 to bolster it's cloud offerings. RightNow is a CRM platform, but is generally regarded as specializing in the B2C customer service industry. It provides tools to service customers across web, Social and Contact Center providing a unified, cross-channel customer experience. RightNow competes directly with SAP CRM, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, along with Oracles's own Siebel platform.
