REsimpli is the CRM tool that I use for my Real Estate business to keep track of potential sellers and buyers. REsimpli also offers a Sellers website and a Buyers website that I am taken advantage of. The customer service is very helpful and responsive. They assisted me in getting compliant and setting up so I can text, call and email inside the CRM platform. 100% satisfied and would recommend REsimpli!

Pros

  • Webform to add new leads into the CRM is very helpful
  • Calls are recorded automatically and put in the Lead notes
  • Websites for Sellers and separate website for selling properties

Cons

  • The additional cost of e-signing documents
  • The Dialer did not work well for me. When a disconnected number was called, it would just ring for 30 seconds and did not recognize it was a disconnected number

Return on Investment

  • I was able to cancel other outside services because it was included in REsimpli
  • It tracks my BUYERS and I can email or SMS blast selected buyers
  • Keeping track of closed deals and profits

We migrated from Podio to REsimpli and there is just no comparison. [...] and his team are constantly improving and making updates to the CRM. Requests for features are often implemented. The support team is so reactive - and I very seldom have to follow-up. I love the ease of use, the auto follow-up, the marketing , the KPI's, the banking, the lead information and tracking on each lead is just awesome. - REsimpli supplies what we need at the moment. The only thing that I am anxiously waiting on, is the recurring task feature. Hoping this feature will be implemented soon. Overall, we are extremely happy with REsimpli, [...] and his team!

I use REsimpli as my customer relationship manager. It addresses the problem of struggling to keep in touch with all of my prospects and it keeps me organized so that I know who to talk to at the right time. REsimpli allows me to set tasks and schedule appointments so no lead gets left behind.

We use REsimpli to manage all our leads. It allows you to segregate by lead sources. You also have the option to filter them by pipeline stages for easy viewing and better productivity. The automated Task functions ensures your leads know to expect your call. The Drip function on the other hand can be customized to create internal tasks, call tasks, SMS, emails and more. Making sure none of them falls through the cracks.

Cons

  • Exporting of leads with tasks. Currently does not show the date of those tasks.
  • There isn't an option to upload leads in bulk. from the tool. But support can do it for you.
  • Multi-line list stack dialer. Currently has a single-line dialer

Pros

  • All in one CRM with phone system
  • Consistent product updates

Cons

  • Include AI transcript into all plans a la Followup Boss
  • Create rules engine to allow for custom if/then actions - Lead calls in, missed call, changes to OPEN status, if OPEN status exists for more then 2 hours, create task for [user or user role] to respond......If new lead comes in from [lead source] create a task for [user or user role].......If [tag] is applied to lead, change status to [status] and assign task to [user or user role]. Most CRMs have this. Good examples are REIsift although theirs is limited. this is different than global tasks which only create a task upon lead creation. That's just the first step
  • Improve mobile app to allow access to inventory so you can update a flip house outside the office
