RecruitCRM's Kanban functionality streamlines project and pipeline management.
RecruitCRM's mass email function is easy and efficient to use.

Cons

Given the nascent stage of RecruitCRM's development, there are constant updates and changes, which make it difficult to train on or solidify processes around.
There could be improvements made to the duplicate checking function.

Customer service is top notch
They listen to user feedback and are constantly making improvements based upon this feedback
The system is recruiter-friendly and intuitive

Cons

The email functionality is basic, but works for our team.
The scheduling function process is built into the system and is one thing we aren't able to customize
The reporting options are vey limited at this time

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it across the company for both its CRM and ATS capacity. We are a remote organization and this keeps us connected, organized and efficient. Customer-facing: it allows us to track all the necessary pieces of information our Clients may ask for. Inward: it allows us to manage our processes to insure that we are meeting the demands of our mission.

When a person receives a "Task", it does not allow for a simple reply (as that goes to RCRM). being able to reply to creator of the "Task" would be more efficient.
