I use Preno as a PMS linked with SiteMinder for all of my national and international bookings for boutique accommodation business.

Cons

Staff need to know how to use SiteMinder.
Preno failed miserably at onboarding our business.
Up to 21 hours to respond to chats, and phones often go unanswered.
Poor linkage with Xero. Cost me over $3000 for an accountant to undo Xero issues after I spent hours going through the setup with someone from Preno.
I purchased this for ease with Xero. This is absolutely false as Preno staff were unable to link it to Xero properly.

Cheaper than Cloudbeds initially but price has now increased so no savings anymore.

Preno is our booking engine for all our bookings and it has been seamless. We love the automation the system provides, its very user-friendly once the system is set up and the best thing is the customer service provided. It is flawless and very precise. One of the most important aspects of Preno that has helped my business is that it is progressive and constantly strives to meet the needs of the customer. The staff at Preno are extremely helpful and very perceptive. You know you are well looked after by a team with excellent technical skills. This allows businesses like us to save time because you know you won't be given the runaround and be given precise solutions when in need.

On the other hand, I would like to see more integration. It is slowly taking shape. Which is great for a business our size.
We thrive on its adaptability and how we can create solutions using their technical expertise.
