Good mobile access for employees viewing their schedule.
Designed well for membership-based business with both individual and group classes.
Cons
The ability of the reporting function is strong, but the interface is not user friendly.
The payroll function would be more powerful if it was integrated with main payroll providers.
Return on Investment
The notification of scheduled events, helps ensure employees know when their schedule has been modified, which cuts down on employees arriving late, etc.
The notifications to customers of when their payment methods are expiring, etc helps to ensure they can update their information through the customer portal themselves which cuts down on administrative time.
