Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Host all content. Place like-themed content in playlists that encourage visitors to binge additional content after reading the initial target content. Tracks content visitors and provides valuable intent data to aid in pipeline development and sales efforts.

PathFactory is a very easy-to-use content management system that enables personalized and customized journeys for ABM strategies. One of its best features is being able to create content libraries that provide visitors with different and complementary content rather than having a single CTA for each. PathFactory connects with best-in-class visitor data intelligence that nurtures web journeys and moreover it provides pretty insightful dashboards on who's visiting the site, from which companies, etc.

We use PathFactory to create content playlists and templated experiences for our Account Based Marketing (ABM), marketing emails, nurture programs, newsletter, and post event communication efforts. It houses all of our content and helps us provide attribution and ROI on each piece or group of campaigns.

I primarily used PathFactory in my organization to create customised experiences for target account contacts, to serve up different categories of long form content like ebooks and whitepapers, as well and on demand webinars. The purpose of this was to build unique knowledge sharing pathways under an overarching account based marketing strategy.

Robust reporting and analytics on the platform

Cons

Prospect data for custom tokens is supplied through a 3rd party tool. This is picked up through IP address and is not always accurate

Found this to be an affective solution to easily build microsite-like pages with customisable elements based on the target audience. There are functionalities available to add triggers based on the visitors' browsing patterns

I used PathFactory to drive prospects to relevant content. PathFactory worked as a content platform and I was able to leverage our marketing assets for the right prospect at the right time in their customer journey.

Allows you to easily group interactive content (lookbooks) in the same place
Allows you to track use and performance of content
Allows you to replay webinars
Binge functionality

Cons

Sometimes the webinar replay integration bugs out
there is no room to influence their product roadmap

You can get really deep into insights, for example: you can tell how your known visitors spend their time (binging webinars) vs unknown visitors can spend it surfing non-webinar content (Whitepapers, e-books, etc.).

You can get insights into topic interests to support your product teams with roadmap direction.

Pathfactory helps make marketing easier. It helps us create a better experience for the customer’s journey, from awareness to rousing interest to elevating desire to sales.
We are able to personalize contents based on our market needs, create layouts and designs that are compliant, and launch effective campaigns.

Integrating Pathfactory to our other apps/softwares are possible as well.

They make sure that all our needs are addressed, requests are taken into consideration (and they make good progress in granting most of requests), and that they are on top of everything. From a marketing prospective, we used PF as a content library housing external facing assets such as flyers, whitepapers, thought leadership articles.

Pros

Organized view of content assets
Ability to promote similar content for users to continue their journey
Great tracking on time users spend in particular content sets

Cons

easier ways to share both static documents/PDF and videos or webinars on-demand
get details on usage but would appreciate more filtering capabilities by organization and users

Likelihood to Recommend

Best use case was ability to share with our sales team to send a set of content to existing customers and new prospects allowing them to consume as much or as little content as possible. Not so great tool for internal education Thomson Reuters uses a platform called Advisor. I view PF platform as a customer facing tool excellent for content sharing.
