We use PathFactory to create a better experience for our visitors, to better track our content to the campaign and business objective level and optimize our content strategy. A mantra around here is why send a single PDF when this allows for a dynamic experience and exposes them to related content or calls to action that would otherwise be missed.

- A well managed content library
- Great customer support
- Personalized experiences and integrations
Cons
- Attribution tracking doesn't always match Google Analytics
- Impossible to find out where tracks are being used or if a track has been deleted what dead ends it is causing now
- A lot of targeting, form strategy or redirection rules require regex knowledge
- Visibility to the account and content level of engagement
- Converting unknown users to known leads
- Connecting content to salesforce campaigns and opportunities
