Likelihood to Recommend
- Integrate tools like Nagios and Icinga - We monitor disk, memory, CPU, and other metrics on our EC2 instances and whenever any of those cross an specific threshold we are alerted through PagerDuty and we can quickly jump in an troubleshoot the issue.
- Integrate with AWS CloudWatch - Use case: We monitor db connections, CPU usage, Storage usage for the Aurora Clusters we run with CloudWatch and we set up SNS topics and subscriptions to send the notifications to the PagerDuty Integration URL they provide.
- Integration with Slack to receive immediate notifications.
