It's easy to grant users access via the admin portal. We have it set up through Okta SSO which makes the Integration and setup/use that much more intuitive. Creating projects and flags is also easy and can be done by users without technical support. I appreciate using the tool and being an admin for it.

Strictly speaking from an Admin side of things (all I can say since I don't use the product myself) granting users access to the tool is essential for their usage of Optimizely. All is done through signing into Okta our SSO and by simply clicking the tile they launch the web portal and can use the tool.
