We use OnPay to process payroll, primarily for clients who pay on a biweekly basis. It helps us keep compliant with any new payroll laws across many different states and makes the entire process easy and seamless! We would not be able to keep up to date on any new requirements that each state requires, so it is nice that OnPay handles all of that in the background.

OnPay works really well in regards to multi state payroll processing. It also is very customizable, so you can handle clients that have bonuses, tips, or other compensation or deductions. The start up and enrolling process is also really simple and OnPay will even do all the data entry for you when switching from another product.
We use OnPay to process our payroll, make our tax payments, file our tax returns, and complete end-of-year payroll reports. I selected OnPay because they offer a complete packaged solution at a very good price point. Set up was very easy, and the support has been outstanding.

When we got to 8 employees we started using OnPay and it has been fantastic at reducing the amount of time I spend on payroll. I imagine for a smaller company, it may not reduce the payroll burden as much.
Our company has used OnPay for a few years and we love it. OnPay is easy to use and their customer service is excellent - they always go above and beyond when I need help. Using OnPay is also very affordable.
