Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Univerge Blue both internally and externally. It is a great instant messaging service that allows you to text both inside and outside of your organization. We use it for meetings and we are able to share documents through it. We are also able to call from it. It works for almost everything we do.
Pros
- I love being able to send sms messages to our church members.
- You can be on a call with someone and start a video meeting right then.
- Pick up voicemails easily.
Cons
- Wish we could group text external clients.
- Sometimes calls don't transfer to my cell when I am away from my desk.
- Wish it would flip a little easier.

- Video meeting and number you can have on the call as we meet with a lot externals.
- I love the instant messaging between co-workers, it is fast.
- Love having everything in one place.
