Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Univerge Blue both internally and externally. It is a great instant messaging service that allows you to text both inside and outside of your organization. We use it for meetings and we are able to share documents through it. We are also able to call from it. It works for almost everything we do.

Pros

  • I love being able to send sms messages to our church members.
  • You can be on a call with someone and start a video meeting right then.
  • Pick up voicemails easily.

Cons

  • Wish we could group text external clients.
  • Sometimes calls don't transfer to my cell when I am away from my desk.
  • Wish it would flip a little easier.

Likelihood to Recommend

This has been a very easy system to learn and the customer support has been fantastic! I appreciate the fact that if you do have problems, you get a live person to actually speak to. So many systems have gone to chat only and that isn't always the easiest when you are having specific problems. Hands down the best system I have used.
