it has completely changed our productivity at the office. We were doing everything on google sheets and excel forms before. monday.com has been crucial in us being able to blend all our departments together more seamlessly. We have less errors in processing and getting information between departments and the fact we can access the info anywhere is amazing for when we travel.

I use monday.com as a project management tool for our team members to stay in touch on a specific project. We all work remotely so this really helps us all stay updated on the progress of the project and collaborate together. Having all the information in one place has been a gamechanger for our organization.
Pros
We can all work on a document at the same time
We track our company OKRs
The visual boards give us a quick glance at information
Cons
It does not track time. We have to use another software solution for that task and it would be nice to have it integrated.
We use Salesforce for our CRM and I do not think this integrates together.
Likelihood to Recommend
monday.com is great for us because we have several remote working teams. We really like how each member can log in and work on a project at the same time. We can edit documents together. This allows all team members to be updated on the project status at all times.

While Monday.com has its complexities, I still believe it's a great tool to collaborate across functional areas. I love the project planning and the robust functionality Monday.com has to offer. While I may not be 100% comfortable with all of the functionality, I'm learning and enjoying the experience.
Our company is completely remote and virtual. We all use monday.com as a way to keep everyone organized and on the same goals/deadlines. Everyone can update or make notes as to progress and keeps everyone informed. Great tool for the remote workplace. Easy to see graphics to let everyone know who is assigned to a project, what task they may be on and the approaching deadline.
Pros
easy for all skill level users to see and interpret.
great for remote companies
keeps the team up to date on approaching due dates with alerts
Cons
Add a bit more user flexibility

This is perfect for a remote workplace. All our staff is on different time zones and it allows us to see who is assigned to what, in progress or completed. It allows us to efficiently communicate without being in the same building. Each user can add documents, tag others and let them know when something is needed.

I'm a professional speaker who leads dozens of conference keynotes and workshops across North America every year. Each new business gig requires a dozen or more critical tacks like booking travel, sending invoices, and emailing and calling clients. If I were to miss a step or a critical deadline, I would lose business perhaps forever. Before I started using Monday.com, I tried spreadsheets, word documents and other simple To Do lists. But they were clunky and labor-intensive and often still failed. I researched and "test drove" several systems like Monday.com and found that Monday.com was quicker to learn, easier to use, more affordable, and more flexible than any other system. Now, after having used it for about 8 months, I cannot imagine trying to run my business without it. I use Monday.com as a project / task management system to keep track of active client projects I'm delivering. I also use Monday.com as a Client Relationship Management (CRM) system for new prospects I'm pursuing, and for colleagues I regularly chat with. I'm even now using it for home projects too (like researching scholarships to put my kids through college). On any given day, I'll nearly always have three apps open: my calendar, my email app, and Monday.com.
Pros
CRM
Task management
Tracking notes from conversations
Cons
Make due dates automatically add to my Google calendar
Change the "Write updates via email" to include the whole thread, not just the most recent message.
Likelihood to Recommend
Already described in previous question.

Minimal training required to use monday.com
Cons
currently i do not have anything that has become an issue

We can keep track of every step and use some great features to better manage and communicate information between team member. I use monday.com for all internal and cross-functional project management initiatives. I am a member of a 5-person marketing team who helps manage global marketing initiatives in multiple time zones, so it can be difficult to stay on top of everything. monday.com boards and automations help us lay out realistic timelines and goals for our marketing campaigns related to: product releases, new partner launches, in-person events, virtual events, and other marketing-specific efforts like acquisition, retention, and reactivation. We use a basic paid version which allows us to create unlimited boards and invite our colleagues from multiple different teams so that we can keep all relevant stakeholders in the loop and accountable for all involved projects.
Pros
Project Management re: multiple teams, team members, tasks
Data aggregation
Automating tasks to simplify board updates
Notifying team members of changes to the projects
Cons

I was tasked with solving a specific problem - we don't have enough of our base subscribed to our marketing emails - so I used monday.com to help lay out a plan for an Email Reactivation campaign (the first time I've ever done this). With the templates and automations, I was able to lay out a thorough and organized Email Reactivation strategy with a realistic timeline across 3 cross-functional teams, 14 stakeholders, and 40+ tasks start to finish all within a single board.
