Its Talent Community allows users to nurture a pool of potential applicants, with members automatically updated when jobs relevant to their interests are posted. Ineligible applicants are filtered out of the application process before manager reviews and can be added to the talent pool for future opportunities.

New hires can be trained before their first day using position-specific training in a variety of formats.
