I have reduced the number of tools we use, mainly because it is becoming more and more common that we use Miro in our organisation so everyone is used to it, but alos because Miro has become better over time and other tools that have been better for a specific purposes have gone from freemium to paid subscription and then it have not been worth the additional investment

Hmmm not really. For us, Miro solves a specific purpose around collaboration but we still need other tools like jira for detailed backlog management, powerpoint for more formal presentations and aha for detailed roadmapping. It works fantastic for what it does but it hasn't replaced any of our other tools.
