Pros
- User Interface: All you need is your bot script ready, the easy-to-use UI makes the bot building super cool and easy.
- Auto Assign: The auto-assign feature works flawlessly. It reduces or most of the time removes the need for a chat assigning system/routing system. This feature when rightly used assigns the chat to the agents according to their workloads.
- Integrations: Landbot has the highest amount of integrations compared to other similar tools that we use ( such as drift, MobileMonkey .etc). We mainly use Calendly, Zendesk, and Zapier.
Cons
- Keywords Jump Feature: As a feature, it is good. But there is a scope of improvement that I see. In our Business, there are a lot of words that are similar for example Bearing/Bear ring/Bearing. So, at times the bot takes some time to find the exact keyword what the user wants and then route it accordingly. Most of the time, it does right, but at times it doesn't.

- We mostly had a positive impact with this tool. With our chat channel, we increased our new customer rate by 15% and return customer rate by 10%. We are seeing some decent returns with the tool.
