We use Khoros Social Media Management for social listening and crisis management. It helps us to understand brands reputation better and reduce brand risk, by monitoring online conversations and social mentions. We also monitor trends, brands' competitors, and understand what people are telling about the brands we work with in order to maximize positive convos and reduce negative ones.

We used to use Khoros Social Media Management as our social media management tool, but at that time the interface felt outdated, and the platform didn't have as much powerful tools as their competitors. The Analytics module by the way is really impressive, and that's a good point to highlight. Overall Khoros Social Media Management didn't fit our needs so we changed the social media management platform to another one more "mature" and "robust".

The organization I work for uses Khoros Social for two vastly different clients. We can efficiently moderate, respond to, and escalate multiple issues on various platforms for the client. Thanks to Khoros, we can check multiple platforms within our required SLAs. Escalations can be made promptly as well.
