Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use JivoChat to cater to inbound traffic coming to our website which includes new as well as existing customers on real tine basis.
It helps us in providing updates on enquiries raised by prospects and our customers in a blink of an eye without any additional need of a call or an email.

  • Thousands of users can use this application at once and there is also a segment-based transmission and it won’t disappoint us anymore.

  • There is a negligible number of candidates at the same time so, this application must use a large number of applicants if possible.
  • The quality of the internet should be good enough for its accurate working.
