We use JivoChat to cater to inbound traffic coming to our website which includes new as well as existing customers on real tine basis.
It helps us in providing updates on enquiries raised by prospects and our customers in a blink of an eye without any additional need of a call or an email.

We have a convention that it's made annually but with the COVID-19 situation they decided to implement a new way to make this happend. And with JivoChat the staff need to stay connected to help the visitors found the information they need, like hour of the talks or where they can buy a book, and others things they need.

Great live chat and support functionality, lacking some direct integrations

JivoChat is being used as a centralized client facing communications platform. Connecting multiple email addresses and phone numbers, website live chats, social media messengers and other channels. While we're still evaluating the use of JivoChat for the longer period, we've identified a few advantages over multiple - single-purpuse applications. Client enquires are easier to discover and we can answer them faster.

  • Great UI (User Interface)
  • Team Email integration
  • ChatBot integration (still missing Continually chatbot)
  • Mobile and Desktop Apps

Cons

  • We'd really like a direct integration with WhatsApp. Currently a WhatsApp integration is only possible with paid third parti API connection
  • Team member email integration (Instead of shared team email addresses)
  • More options for branding customization

Likelihood to Recommend

JivoChat makes it really easy to communicate with customers. It is best for small and medium sales and customer support teams. The team members can even communicate between each other, so it has a use case outside of client facing communication. It has convenient (yet minimal) CRM features. It's a bit overkill for individual website owners, but definitely one of the best Chat Apps out there for teams.
