Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Within our organization, we use ISL Light for customer support. Through ISL, customers can contact us regarding various questions they have when using our project management system. Then, based on their question, we send them an answer, which can be supplemented with files, various screen captures, etc. We use ISL Light on a daily basis, as our customers also like to use it, as it is only a click away for them. If the questions are more extensive and require more attention for review, then we continue the communication via email. ISL is a great thing, because it also shows us the page our customer is on and guides us in advance to what the customer's question will be related to.

Preko ISL nas stranke lahko kontaktirajo glede različnih vprašanj, ki se jim porajajo pri uporabi našega sistema za projektno vodenje. Potem jim mi na podlagi njihovega vprašanja pošljemo odgovor, ki ga lahko dopolnimo z datotekami, različnimi zajemi zaslona ipd. ISL uporabljamo na dnevni bazi, saj se ga rade poslužujejo tudi naše stranke, saj je zanje le en klik stran. V kolikor so vprašanja bolj obsežna in potrebujejo več pozornosti za pregled pa potem komunikacijo nadaljujemo preko emaila. ISL je super zadeva, saj nam prikaže tudi stran, na kateri se naša stranka nahaja in nas že predčasno usmeri na kaj se bo vprašanje stranke navezovalo.

ISL Light is great because it is convenient and easy to use. It shows all the important information in one place - where the customer is located, contact information, we can upload images, various files. It is also great because we can see what the customer types before sending us a question - this way we can prepare for the question more easily and possibly see things in advance. For this reason, ISL would be recommended to everyone. It is also great because it alerts us to a new message from the customer and also to the fact that we still have to respond to them.
ISL je super, ker je priročen, uporaba je enostavna. Prikazuje vse pomembne informacije na enem mestu - torej kje se stranka nahaja, kontaktni podatki, lahko nalagamo slike, razne datoteke. Super je tudi, ker vidimo kaj stranka tipka, preden nam pošlje vprašanje - tako se lahko tudi lažje pripravimo na vprašanje in si morebiti že ogledamo stvari v naprej. Zaradi tega bi ISL priporočala vsakemu. Super je tudi, ker nas opozori na novo sporočilo stranke in tudi na to, da ji še moramo odgovoriti.
