Overall Satisfaction with ISL Light

In our organization, we use ISL Light primarily for remote access and support. It allows us to remotely access, and help our clients with their IT related issues.

Pros

  • Fast and easy to use
  • Good support
  • A lot of information about the client configuration on the web

Cons

  • The windows pop-up once i connect to a user could be better
  • QOL changes
  • Could be prettier
  • Very user friendly, so it¡s very easy to install for non IT users
  • Works on almost every machine
  • No installation required (in some cases)

It's very easy for people to install and use, doesn't requires any complicated configuration so it's very user friendly.
Same goes as a tool for remote acces works, it's just fast and easy to install.
