We use Indeed extensively for sourcing resumes and job postings. We use Indeed for job postings for a maximum of time, and sourcing using filters is an added advantage for us. Since we are a staffing agency, we always use these job boards for sourcing and job postings.

- Job posting is the best thing we use particularly for maximum of our professional.
- Sourcing and screening of profile is best one.
- Internal communication to the candidate or chat internally is easy way.
Cons
- I don't feel any improvement in Indeed, as it's good in this aspect, and the location filter may be optimized.
- Some old profile which has mismatch information could be review.

- Posting of job and receive profile is the best and easy way for a sourcing person.

- Internal communication is best to the resume.
