Hootsuite was an aggregating tool for social media management across multiple channels. We used this to help manage our social networks, including facebook, instagram, linkedin, youtube, and more.

Companies go through changes and flexibility in a refund policy is important. In a field as dynamic as social media management, providing companies the flexibility to enter into and exit out of a partnership is important. While I enjoyed Hootsuite, our company adopted Zoho for a multitude of business needs that Hootsuite is unable to provide. Zoho has a built in social media management tool, and that made Hootsuite redundant for us. Instead of providing the flexibility for a proration of services, Hootsuite is forcing us to complete our annual plan. For this, I do not recommend Hootsuite - in fact, Zoho Social offers everything Hootsuite does at a lower cost, with more flexibility for a changing business landscape.
