Hootsuite Amplify

We use it for employee advocates to share corporate messages. We have approximately 350 users and 20 different units. We provide content daily and it also allows us to measure the reach and engagement. It is very easy to use for non-technical people. Also the mobile version makes it very convenient.

We are piloting an employee advocacy campaign with a small group, starting with sales with an eye to rollout further down the road. This is an easy group to get engaged and motivated as it helps with their sales process, but we have some doubts about other areas in the organization where employees may not be so driven to do so.

There needs to be a cost-benefit analysis to determine the value we are getting. Once we are able to see that the advocacy is resulting in sales/registration we can provide a more accurate score.

Hootsuite Amplify is being used as our enterprise-wide employee advocacy tool. One of the biggest challenges with employee advocacy is steering team members towards content. It has helped us create a centralized content funnel that makes it easy for team members to select and share.
