A critical and essential part of our daily business operations that we cannot do without! We've been using GoToMyPC for over 20 years and haven't had the need to look back or look for an alternative.

I have been using GoToMyPC for many years now. I have been standing firm in my refusal to migrate to Quickbooks Online, and GoToMyPC has been instrumental in being able to stick with our desktop version of the program. Allows for rapid and easy access to our office server for QB Desktop, as well as other native programs. Rock solid, secure login, and access to remote printing is a great feature. The more or less reasonable pricing has kept me from exploring RDP alternatives.

Pros

Great control of native sounds and appearance.

Cons

Pricing is ok, but never hurts to cost less.
Improve Cut & Paste actions between machines, which occasionally revert to inactive.

Return on Investment

Has allowed us to reduce one of our QB licenses creating a savings there.
Simply made it easier to be away from the office while retaining server access. Just does what it is supposed to.

I use GoToMyPC to connect from home to my work computer. It works wonderfully! Most importantly, I can see 2 monitors at home. It is just like being at the office. Copy and paste, print, and all of the other functions work great! I would recommend this product to anyone.

No matter what, I can always count on GoToMyPC to access my office computer no matter when, no matter where, and on any device. True story: logged in through my phone on a canal boat in Amsterdam last summer! Huge sigh of relief to get that issue sorted, and it really gives me peace of mind. A few coworkers use other apps for accessing their office computers, and I've heard far too often about problems they may have. GoToMyPC has never let me down.
