Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Google voice or Google voice assistant is mostly use to search in google for the important things for our project work.
By only writing and typing most of the time it did not work.
So voice assistant in the business helps to save a significant amount of time for communication.
That saving time is also use for other productive works.

Pros

  • Assistance with voice technology
  • Voice assistance
  • Artificial intelligence technology with voice
  • Verbal communication

Cons

  • Delaying a split of a second of time to deliver messages.
  • Voice vibartion problem
  • Easy to understand assistant

Likelihood to Recommend

It is best situated to search anything individually on any topics and the set should be good.
It is less suitable for group of people to attend this as sometimes it do not work properly.
Be the voice assisting sound should be much more polite and a bit slow so that people who are not fluent in English will not understand it properly.
It is helpful to understand in case of google map as a voice assistant guide.

Try Google Voice

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Google Voice is useful when it is necessary to communicate with others and the only viable option at the moment is via the internet. Google Voice allows you to get in contact with those in your contact list without the need of your phone. This is very helpful when traveling as it allows for the use of local data rather than cellular networks. Because it also connects to your Google account, there is no further setup required and your contacts that you already use are already available.

Pros

  • Useful search functionality for voicemails and text.
  • Ability to forward texts and calls to existing phone number.
  • Very good call quality.

Cons

  • Some settings are not available in the latest version and you must access the legacy Google Voice to change them.
  • All area codes are not yet available.
  • Would be cool to have the ability to use mobile phone number as sender.

Likelihood to Recommend

Google Voice is a useful feature in the Google suite which allows you to perform calls and texts with an internet connection. This is great in scenarios where you may not have a good cellular connection, but have access to an internet connection. Google Voice is also useful for keeping records of calls and texts due to its ability to search through texts and translate voicemails to text which then becomes searchable as well.

VOIP for small team settings, heavily secure!

Rating: 8 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Google Voice is being used as a way to make VOIP calls on an app through my personal iPhone which is managed by the employer through Microsoft MDM. It is primarily just being used by me and a small team around me. The business problems it solves is the necessity of using a phone that is internal and relatively secure and not known to the public as opposed to the office phone.

Pros

  • Good security.
  • Call quality.
  • Low cost.

Cons

  • Customer support.
  • International support.

Likelihood to Recommend

Google Voice is well suited for individual to small team use. It is not intended to be used by large enterprises in my opinion. I think it also requires additional features of support should it be used in a larger team environment where mission-critical help may be necessary down the line.

Google Voice

A flexible tool which can meet your expectations for business needs as well

Rating: 7 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It is being used by IT and many other departments as a secondary VoIP program in order to let people manage their outgoing calls while primary VoIP tool is in use. It is on-demand software; so not comes as installed like Skype or Cisco Webex. Primary function is to give employees flexibility to manage their not only work related but also personal calls as well. I think it is beneficial for users to have more than one option for critical functions.

Pros

  • Google Voice give users option to create their own phone number, important especially for users who do not want to give their personal numbers for registering to somewhere
  • Having Google search feature is great function for instance to find old messages or phone calls
  • Ability to use on multi devices which gives you sync all your data and reach them from all of your devices sync devices and phone numbers
  • Call recording and text saving is a quite basic but a very good function of Google Voice

Cons

  • Voicemail transcription may not work properly if not spoken clearly or non-native English is used
  • Sending multimedia message and picture is an issue
  • Abilities and the interface of IOS app causes users not to enjoy the app (is a kind of a generic issue of Google products on IOS platform)

Likelihood to Recommend

The best thing about Google Voice is that it gives you the freedom to create a specific number based on your needs (from anywhere in the world. It can be useful for your personal or work related needs). This makes the product appropriate for global organizations as well. Usage of the product on different platform is a must to have benefit, as on-the-go usage is important while being away from your desk/office. It allows you to direct calls to your company or personal SIM number - very beneficial if also you are able to distinguish numbers. Search and record functions are beneficial. Although it has a bit of a popular name, due to Google, it is quite useful and does the job.
