Google Forms is great when using it in a classroom setting or for capturing data on a website or blog posting. I feel it is less appropriate when using form for survey questions. Or trying to customize your on templates.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Google Forms internally to allow our sales and dispatch teams to submit refund requests, corporate apparel orders, and more. It allows us to get responses in real time and keep everything in order.

Pros

Easy to submit even with minimal computer knowledge
Easy to make forms that fit what we need
Converting answers into an excel sheet

Cons

More validation (this field must be valid phone number, etc)

Likelihood to Recommend

Google Forms is especially helpful for anything that needs to involve more than one room/department/etc. It allows different teams to collaborate to keep things in line.
