We are a small company with tight budgets and need to be able to collect registrations as well as feedback. Google forms allows us to do this economically and simply. It is easy to create the forms we need, and to repurpose existing forms by duplicating and editing. This meets our needs admirably.

- It would help to have more templates that can be adapted, saving design time
- If you have more than one Google account it can be easy to open the wrong one for your form design
- Occasionally the sharing settings can exclude potential recipients because they are not configured correctly

Not so useful for complete novices needing to start in this area because the options are not explained in a way that lends to a guided learning process. Most scenarios will find Google forms perfectly adequate.
