Use Cases and Deployment Scope
This tool was mainly used within our company to identify any issues on a website, when the websites were quite large and typically e-commerce focussed. This tool allowed us to not have any limits on the amount of data that we were capturing, which meant we could review the data and provide accurate recommendations on where there are further opportunities for the client / on the website. Without this tool, the client wouldn't have been able to manage their customer data and therefore wouldn't be able to make strategic marketing decisions with confidence and accuracy.
Pros
- Provides a visualisation of funnels
- Allows for unfiltered data, providing you with confidence
- No limits of goals and objectives when you are syncing up to other tools such as Google Optimize 360
Cons
- Generally I think there is a lot you can do within the tool, but as it is a Google product it means there is limited support - something which I think lets all of the platform stacks down
- There could be more visual signifiers to identify if a feature is a normal or 360 feature. This would mean you can really get to grips with what the extra more advanced elements are

Pros
- It is an excellent cloud analytics platform that is easy to install and configure and easy to deploy and use, allowing us to measure web traffic and other tools.
- It is an entirely online tool; it does not take up hard disk space like other desktop tools.
- Since this tool is draggable, Google is constantly adding more features.
- Even beginners who do not have a custom dashboard can get information. If there is a problem somewhere on the site that needs to be investigated, Google Analytics 360 will notify you.
Cons
- It would be nice to have a solid help section or training tools.
- Most of my toolbar customizations are gone, and the last UI I didn't like was changing the number to a percentage.

- It shows the demographics, which is undoubtedly a cause for excitement. I am delighted with Google Analytics 360; its data is accurate and solid.

Pros
- Offers premium tools to get to know your data better, with more insight into larger sets of data.
- Works great with other Google Suite products.
- Helps track sessions, user bounce rates and session duration.
Cons
- Some competing products have better user behavior analysis.
- In the funnels, you can see the dips, but you cannot check the seasonality of the funnel conversion at once.
- The cost is high for companies that are not specifically e-commerce and Marketing.

- Unsampled data - which means you're not analysing 3% of a sample of data (which can cause issues).
- More goals to track - if you're managing multiple business lines/actions within one website this is essential.

- It still feels like clunky old Google Analytics and the UI isn't fantastic.
- Still sometimes slow to load.
- It's still quite difficult to visually present data to clients without other tools.

- Google Analytics 360 helps us look at our marketing from a bird’s eye view so that we can problem solve.
- The software is great at helping us engage from a consumer’s viewpoint.

Cons
- It was a little complicated to integrate but once we spent some time with it, it was woven into our workflow.
- The Analytics portion has a lot of firewalls that can make it hard to add multiple users seamlessly.
