Flobot

Flobot is field service job management software. It manages leads, estimates, scheduling, invoicing, and customer payments. Flobot is available as an app and as an online cloud system. The vendor's value proposition is that using them together gives a business complete control over all the projects, jobs, office staff, contractors and field team members within it.

It is used by plumbing companies, gas engineers, gardeners, window fitters, property maintenance companies, cleaners and maid services, mobile computer repairs and facilities maintenance companies.

The vendor says Flobot is different because it encompasses all aspects of the field service business. So as well as supporting the client functions - getting engineers to appointments on time etc., it can allocate payments to employees and contractors, it has an HR module that allows the company to keep the certificates of competency and details of all employees, their training, insurances, driving licences and vehicle details.

The client can rebrand the Flobot app and install a branded, bespoke version into the Google Playstore so their customers and contractors will see and use their own app. The client portal and system can be branded to suit the individual company.

Finally, Flobot can be individually customized and the vendor, Fresh Milk Software says they have built many bespoke features for their clients to use on their own version.
