Fidelity offers customer support for us as well and manages 401K Contributions percentages for us then sends us a file that we then use the change our employees’ payroll contributions

• Adds flexibility for our employees which makes them more likely to remain with us
• Employees appreciate the quality of the accounts (especially HSA)

We recommend employees use this app to view their 401(k) and HSA portfolios. The business case is to encourage employees to be proactively keeping up with their investment accounts. Some of our employees do not have personal laptops and may not regularly use a computer at work, but they most all have smart phones.

• It shows our workforce we are choosing vendors that are adapting to the modern age.
• It helps us solve a technological gap related to the workforce that does not have access to desktops or laptops.

Ability to place trades with confidence on market movement and up-to-date data. May not be comparable exactly to Bloomberg, however, this platform is great for our objectives. We are able to pull the necessary information to place trades and study the market in real-time. Allowing us to have an overview of accounts is a major plus.
