The 7-Step Customer Acquisition Program and Experiture... Perfect Together!

Pros

  • We found the Experiture platform to be robust and fully customizable for our 7-Step Program. Working closely with the Experiture Team allowed our marketing team to create a fully customized platform that allowed us to tailor the platform to the exact needs of our clients! That, we believe, is the key to a truly successful multichannel marketing program that delivers the results our clients demand!

Cons

  • Hum, well I guess when we first approached Experiture, our firm had great ideas and lofty visions for our 7-Step Program and how we thought it could be designed. However, looking back 2 years ago and understanding the true complexity of our 7-Step, we quickly realized that if you're not ready with schematics, basic designs and all the logistics before hand, the process can be overwhelming.
  • When we starting working much closer with the team at Experiture, drawing from the vast knowledge they have in multiple vertical-markets it made the process and success that much greater for our 7-Step Program.

Return on Investment

  • Its pretty simple... without the Experiture Team and their ability to customize their platform, share their knowledge, we would not have gotten the results we did on several campaigns. Such as targeting 350 prospects and getting 42 Face-to-Face appointments resulting in 21 written proposals ranging from $21,000 up to $390,000. Needless to say our client was thrilled with those results!
  • Speed-to-market was critical for another client who needed to penetrate the Pharmaceutical industry. Working with the Experiture Team, we created a customized 7-Step multichannel program that delivered many new business opportunities to our client, including becoming a preferred vendor for one of the largest US Pharmaceutical Companies! BTW, we did it all in less than six months.
  • How it all started... Prior to working with Experiture, our 7-Step process was "manual". Looking back nine years ago when we created our 7-Step Program, we never would be able to get the results we do today without the Experiture Platform, it would be virtually IMPOSSIBLE.

  • Very difficult to assess additional room for improvement, as we are early in our experience.

  • Its ability to get information to sales people, allows more timely follow-up and closings
