We make documents, eText, and tests accessible for students with disabilities. The equation is beneficial in working on STEM classes, as it can capture equations and insert them into documents in an accessible format.

Pros

I am a trainer, so I use Equation when I'm demonstrating how to use it to both staff and students. Depending on the audience, I will focus on either the science or math aspects. I always start with the basics of entering data/equations, then move on to the mobile capabilities and the math space area.

Pros

Having a whiteboard area.

More science formulas.
Being able to provide notation for Propane, Butane, etc.
Creating different profiles for science or math.

Being able to use a phone to transpose class notes into a Google Doc.
It uses a phone to take a picture of written math and turn it into editable text.

Equatio allows me to create visuals to go along math the math I’m doing in a very easy way. I love the ai feature and it has helped me teach fractions in a variety of ways. I’ve used it for basic fraction review, complaint fraction, fraction equivalents and adding and subtracting fractions.

Saved me lots of time looking for what I ultimately was able to create myself with Equatio
Mathspace is an invaluable. I wish We could assign things to the students and have them work and then send the assignment back to us. Right now we can only assign things to them.
Being able to talk to write equations is also a huge timesaver.

I am the only person in my organization who uses it to my knowledge. I use it to create Google Forms with math equations to assess my students' learning. Without it, writing math equations would be much more difficult because I would have to search or create a picture of one.

Pros

Embedding math equations into Google Forms.
Easy to understand where all the symbols are.
Easy to read the final equation.

Cons

I would like to try voice typing of math equations.
I would like to type math equations in multiple colors.
I want to be sent an infographic in my email detailing all the ways I should use Equation, but I don't yet know about it.

I tried to use Equatio forcreating worksheets, but it is frustrating. I can't change the font and I am basically inputting a picture. I tried having my students install and use equation, but i tis difficult to teach them how to use the equation editor. Not worth my time away from instruction.
