Use Cases and Deployment Scope
I use EngageBay to track all investors and leads. This includes sending automated emails, tracking their investment status, logging calendar invites, tracking investor issues and other customer service requests, and tracking lead status so I know what stage of the customer lifecycle they are. We replaced SalesForce with EngageBay which was far more effective.
