I use Dropbox to store all of my files and photos. It's important for me to have large storage space because I work as a graphic designer and need to store large photos and videos. I also like being able to organize my files and folders the way I like to.
Pros
Links to my Macbook Pro desktop for easy saving
Drag and drop files for easy transfer
Allows sharing specific folders with certain people
Cons
Dropbox for desktop isn't perfect (but close)
I can't think of a second thing (I really love Dropbox)
I can't think of a third thing (I really, really love Dropbox)

Dropbox is great for anyone needing additional storage space or cloud storage. I love being able to transfer photos from my apple account right into Dropbox and then deleting from my phone so they aren't taking up phone space. Dropbox allows you to create as many folders and subfolders as you need.
For all file storage and for access across devices. Dropbox allows secure access to project files across devices which would not be possible otherwise. Dropbox allows storage of files in excess of single device storage. Emails and project matter can be accessed in multiple locations freely, which is not possible without dropboox
Pros
transferring large documents
access to information from multiple points
makes storage of files easy
Cons
inviting others is sometimes difficult
access through iOS can be difficult sometimes

Dropbox allows open access between staff and allows clean sharing across locations and devices.
I primarily use for file backup, remote access to files, and file sharing. This helps me complete a variety of business tasks on different devices and share files that I regularly update without having to repeatedly upload or share as an attachment. Backup also means I never have to worry about losing important files (even when my cat walks across a keyboard).
Pros
File recovery
File sharing with customizable permissions
Remote access to files
Cons
Requesting files into a folder could be easier
Shortened links for sharing would be helpful
Automatic cleanup after automated unzipping of archive files

My main uses of file backup, remote access, and file sharing all work really well and I use them frequently. I once had an issue where I needed to use file recovery for many files (my cat somehow deleted many files!) and I was extremely grateful that I could recover everything. I also appreciate that Dropbox is compatible with various operating systems as well as the ability to update/upload/download files through a web browser or the app.

I save all my documents in specific files so it’s not to take up to space on my MacBook. This allows me for easy access for both business documents as well as one that apply to my not for profit.

Helps keep me organized
Cons
Having significant trouble connecting to my new MacBook Air M2
Some difficulty connecting with colleagues

I personally use it for storage with varying levels of access and document reviews - we have PDF documents that need more collaborative reviews, and the comments section on dropbox does just that.
Pros
Tiered access
easy UI
Cons
Comments do not appear in the same place for each person
Taking people to google drive instead of dropbox for comments has caused problems

We keep all files on Dropbox and use them collaboratively. The platform allows us to work productively with very few interruptions. The only issue I may have is the online and offline capabilities due to the lack of space on my computer. I am looking forward to more updates from Dropbox!
Pros
Holding all storage.
Collaborative capabilities.
Work anywhere.
Cons
Maybe the collaborative section.
Unique UI.
Chat rooms.
Likelihood to Recommend
I would recommend Dropbox if colleagues have the budget for it. Large scale use, I would highly recommend it, but no service is perfect. My 9/10 score is realistic! Again, I would love to see chatrooms, vibrant UI, and different options for collaboration with my coworkers. Additionally, there may be some updates for mobile use.

We use Dropbox as a staging space for projects and an easy way to collaborate and share information. Secure access points for our team members are also important to us. I also appreciate being able to integrate Dropbox into some of my Zapier links. Automating tasks makes a huge difference.
Pros
Store files.
Prevent risk.
Adapt and evolve.
Cons
Prevent redundancy.
Speed of recall.

It is well suited for sharing files with co-workers and collaborators, with abilities to make notes and share feedback. The search capabilities are decent. What good is a bunch of info if you don't know how to find it?
We use Dropbox for most of our file storage and allow all staff to access documents regardless of their location. Since we work remotely, we do not have a physical location with a server or on-site network system, so Dropbox is a great system for organizing a lot of material like this.
Pros
File storage.
Integration with desktop and browser formats.
File sharing.
Security
Cons
Allowing multiple users to work on the same file in real time would be useful.
Likelihood to Recommend
Dropbox is extremely well suited to bulk file storage, sharing files among users, and keeping documents secure. However, it is less suited to allowing multiple users to edit the same file in real time and is more expensive than other storage systems.
Dropbox has been a great use. It has expandable memory which is needed in any organization. we have our associate and client database which help our team to locate files from different location. It makes our feasible. It is as easy as finding any folder over the computer. It just online and accessible by all the members of my organization. Mainly, we use it for our payroll timesheets to reduce any chances of errors. We use Dropbox in our daily usage and highly recommended for all the other companies.
Pros
several folder management
inter connected the team's computers/laptops
security. That other companies can't access
Cons
Asking several opening question, even if the file is already existed when opening on explorer
folder should be having password. Sometime few team members are working on one project which should not be shared with other team members. In that case, pins work

One can share files and folders from your cloud storage, simply by copying a link. Store the files on the cloud to save the work and operate online anywhere with safe authentication. Transfer large files, like videos, by sending a link for recipients to download.
Pros
Transfer large files, like videos, by sending a link for recipients to download
Data security and easy accessibility
Accessible from any device with safe authentication from the Cloud
Easy to organize data and share it with the link
Cons
Files shared by link will not get synced when changes are made by you on the same files.
New files added by other people or devices aren't syncing to your device.
The Dropbox files and folders disappeared from the screen and sync stopped working.

Suited because the app is available for practically every operating system, offers a flexible array of collaborative tools, gives solid offerings for premium subscribers, has digital signatures enabled, superb app integration, automatic file backup and synchronization, and has offline functionality. It's not well suited because it has poor storage limits for free users, comparatively expensive paid subscriptions, security weaknesses, and a limited search function.
