Use Cases and Deployment Scope

i am an administrator at my organisation. i use Diligent to load documents and create decks for board committees. the platform has proven to be user friendly for both administrators and directors. also very safe for confidential data. i love that there are resources within the platform that form part of learning how the platform works. Diligent is very practical.

Pros

  • Customer service is great. if any of the built resources are not sufficient to resolve a challenge, reaching out to Diligent, there is always someone ready to assist till a challenge is resolved
  • Assistance is readily available at any given time
  • Diligent is progressive, always creating ways to ease how we do work

Cons

  • because my scope is not very wide, I have not experienced challenges that requires further improvement by Diligent

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Managing the Board Papers is time consuming, saving the minutes, agenda's and reports on our server has caused issues when Board members request copies, etc. it requires someone to search through folders to copy and send electronically to the members.

With Diligent, this has saved time and makes it easier for the Board to access and review past papers, future Agendas and current Reports.

  • The Ability to review the Agenda and reports before sharing them with the Board

Cons

  • We have only been using Diligent for a short period, I don't have any examples for improvement at this time.

  • ensuring the agenda, minutes and reports are kept sperate form the day to day operations of the business.
