We use D&B Connect to review all builders hired by our clients. D&B Connect gives us the information needed to review and accurately assess each builder proposed by our clients. It also provides us their history of building and history as company as a whole with thorough information that leads us to making decisions on whether to allow them or not

D&B Connect would be suited towards helping my coworkers assess and review profiles of companies to gather further information on their history since they began operating in business. However for the credit portion of a review, I would not recommend D&B Connect because it doesnt give enough details on that side of things

I use several D&B tools, including Hoovers, iResearch, and the API, to significantly enhance our Master Data and develop Legal structures. These resources play a crucial role in streamlining our data management processes, improving accuracy, and ensuring the reliability of our legal frameworks, ultimately contributing to more efficient and informed business decisions.

Master Data Management: It’s effective for enhancing and verifying company data, such as legal structures, financials, and ownership, ensuring that the data is accurate and up-to-date. For example, using the platform to identify key stakeholders or to validate the structure of a multi-national corporation.Lead Generation and Market Research: When conducting market analysis or lead generation activities, D&B Connect helps identify potential customers by providing in-depth information on companies, including size, revenue, industry, and geographic location. It supports targeted outreach, ensuring high-quality leads.

We use it to set customers up on Net Terms. It saves time when contacting individual trade references.

When you are limited on staff, being able to have one go-to place to get important information is key.

It is about data management and resolving duplicate customer accounts.

Has some good features, helps streamline data management and has good cleansing & analytics capabilities. Helps with daily prospecting and filtering accounts/contacts.

We use D&B Connect to fill in information that my be missing on prospect customer accounts plus data management. We have found that using this solution has made many tasks more time efficient allowing for more time to work on more imminent matters. We enjoy using this tool because it enables us to make better and more informed business decisions based on reliable and up-to-date information.

I use this daily for viewing my prospecting data in one centralized location. This has been incredibly valuable for identifying gaps in contact information. I really enjoy the seamless integration with Salesforce. I work our of Salesforce several times per day and having this information in one tool is a huge time saver.

D&B Connect is a tool that helps to improve company data quality such as company information, financial data, customer data, and to help make better informed business decisions. It can be integrated into existing systems such as CRM or your company ERP system. We use it primarily for company data and financial data.

D&B Connect is a great source of information, especially because of the global company coverage. It is easy to navigate and provides fairly quickly an overview of company information. Very useful for understanding your customers and making informed decisions.

We primarily use D&B Connect to compare our internal metrics related to sales, earnings, KPIs, and customer data against benchmarks provided by D&B Connect. It helps us keep our older records up to date across multiple internal data systems and keep them inherently coherent. While we use other products and managers to track our data, D&B Connect is a good tool amidst a suite.

We use it to connect and put in conversation multiple separate data siloes to allow us to conceptualize our data better. If your data is extremely sophisticated or proprietary, though, I would not be comfortable using this as a primary tool for data management or CRM management use cases alone.

Parrish Tire used D&B Connect to review anomalies in the customer data to ensure we match data in the system as best as possible. We have been able to create data layouts to share with our team members quickly. We can keep our customer records up to date much quicker and find any discrepancies.

Finding customer contact information. Helps with efficient collaboration on the data supply chain.

We use it to assess Risk when extending Credit to our customers. We also use it to set new contract rates annually for our existing customers. I'm in the database at least three times per week.

Minimizing risk in bringing new clients aboard and establishing the proper credit guidelines for existing clients.

D&B Connect is truly a lifeline to our company when evaluating potential customers and reviewing current customers' financial health. We utilize the program weekly, and it allows our teams to get a more in-depth look at who we're doing business with. I highly recommend the program. The only slight downside is the overall cost, which is higher than we would like.

Overall, the program can assist any size company with all credit reference needs. We have not run into any issues other than the overall cost of the program and the fact that you have to use additional funds to seek information on international customers.
